Responsibilities:

- Driving and succeeding in sales and KPI results.

- Supporting the Boutique Manager with training and developing our team.
n
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
n
- Greeting all visitors to the boutique.
n
- Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard.
n
- Operational running of the boutique day to day.
n
- Oversee all aspects of the running of the boutique.
n

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leadership or supervising a boutique.
n
- Previous experience in Customer Service and sales.
n
- Ability to build strong relationships.
n
- Demonstrated skill in delivering results.
n
- An influential leader.
n
