Job Description

A llscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a dedicated Lead Care Assistant to supervise a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will provide personal care, assist with meals and mobility, document daily notes, and help review care plans and risk assessments.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with safeguarding and safety standards, liaise with service users and families, respond to emergencies, and participate in the on-call rota.
