About the Role

n

You'll manage your own portfolio with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Building and maintaining robust relationships with rental providers and renters
n
- Managing arrears, lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance
n
- Preparing CMAs and attending VCAT when required
n
- Overseeing safety and compliance checks
n
- Working collaboratively with our inspections,



leasing, and BDM teams.
n
- Meeting KPIs across arrears, communication, and compliance
n

n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in residential property management
n
- Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
n
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- A proactive and professional approach

- A true team player attitude

Requirements

- Agent's Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a Property Manager role
n
