Regional Australia Bank and Summerland Bank have recently come together, bringing two customer-owned banks with solid regional and community connections into one organisation. In Kingscliff, where many customers know and value the Summerland name, this role is about continuing that local, relationship-based service while being part of the broader Regional Australia Bank team.

We're now looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Kingscliff Branch on a permanent, full-time basis.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships and being part of a supportive branch team. From time to time, you'll also be willing and able to work from The Pines Branch to provide support where needed.

n

The Opportunity

n

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing friendly, accurate and professional service across a range of everyday banking needs.

n

You'll support customers with transactions, account enquiries, account opening and digital banking, while helping identify products, services or referrals that may support their broader financial goals.

n

What You'll Bring

You don't need previous banking experience, but you will bring:

- A genuine customer service focus and a warm,



professional approach.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
n
- Good attention to detail and confidence following procedures.

- Integrity, reliability and respect for confidential information.
n
- A willingness to learn new systems, products and processes.
n
- Transferable experience from customer service, retail, administration, hospitality, volunteering or similar environments.
