About the Role:

n

Working closely with our Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will help coordinate day‐to‐day maintenance operations while supporting and developing the team on the ground. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Supporting the Supervisor with the coordination of commercial landscape maintenance projects
n
- Providing day‐to‐day guidance, support and training to team members
n
- Assisting with site inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
n
- Coordinating materials,



equipment and resources required for projects
n
- Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting
n
- Building strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders
n
- Identifying issues on‐site and using practical problem‐solving skills to find solutions
n

n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenance
n
- Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Strong organisation and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Good computer and literacy skills
n
- Practical decision making and problem‐solving skills
n
- Must have a current Manual Driver's Licence and White Card
n
