Optus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC for the Carnes Hill team in NSW. You will support the Store Manager, energise the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Develop others, coach and mentor staff, handle escalations, and drive daily operations. The role emphasises leadership, customer focus and collaboration across store activities.
