Front of House Supervisor for a family-style charcoal house in Redcliffe. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and collaborate with the owners and head chef to foster a vibrant atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
n
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome
n
- Remain calm and professional when handling complex or special requests
n
- Ensure every guest receives attentive and personalized service
n
- Maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor at all times
n
- Assist the owners with marketing, including social media and management platforms such as Seven Rooms
n
- Manage the point-of-sale system
n
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, staff rosters, and front-of-house team management
n

About you

- Minimum of two years' management experience in a hospitality setting (excluding fast food)
n
- Relevant areas include floor, bar, or host/hostess roles
n
- Management experience in hospitality is essential
n
- Positive attitude and genuine and caring approach
n
