We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead Myer Pacific Fair. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of Unison leading a passionate team while delivering an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, exceptional product knowledge, and genuine customer relationships.

THE ROLE:

- Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
n
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
n
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n




- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
n
- Enjoy a flexible 3- or 4-day work week, with Saturdays as your consistent working day!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

n

n
- Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
n
- Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
n
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
n
