The Role

n

As a Collections Executive, you'll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

- Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment , aiming to resolve matters in a single call, you calls will be on an auto dialler so you don't even have to think who to call next !

- Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiries
n
- Taking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficiently
n
- Issuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when required
n

This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and problem-solving are key.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Ideally educated to graduate level (though this isn't essential)
n




- Confident communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
n
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, even in challenging situations
n
- Previous experience in collections
n
- Competitive salary plus monthly bonus – average £200 per month (typically ranging from £50–£600 depending on performance and business volumes)
