Green Design is looking for an Interior Plant Technician to join our Sydney team, caring for indoor plants across some of Sydney CBD's leading offices and commercial spaces.

n

You'll work independently across a regular group of CBD clients, taking responsibility for keeping their plants healthy and looking their best.

n

With early starts, you'll generally be finished by around 2pm, Monday to Friday.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

- Caring for and maintaining indoor plants
n
- Watering, pruning, cleaning and shining.
n
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any issues
n
- Replacing plants when required
n
- Building good relationships with our clients
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n




- Previous experience working with plants and valuable plant knowledge
n
- Experience with indoor plants or indoor plant maintenance will be highly preferred.
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work independently and manage your day
n
- Confidence using a smartphone
n
- A reasonable level of fitness for lifting and moving plants and planters
n

We pay well above the award, with additional bonuses, and provide all the equipment and training needed to get you up to speed with the Green Design way of doing things.
