n

n
- Collection of outstanding invoices from our direct-to-market customers, ensuring a high level of customer service
n
- Effective follow up of customer enquiries in a timely and skilled manner
n
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collections activities
n
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
n
- Assess referred orders for release, ensuring the timely release of orders in line with specific cut-off times.
n
- Completion of month-end processes

To be successful in this role, you will:

n

n
- Have previous experience within a high-volume credit environment, or a similar financial role
n
- Be proficient in accounting software (Oracle preferred but not essential) and MS Office packages
n
- Take an analytical approach and have the ability to make sound decisions
n
- Be an effective communicator with advanced people skills, and the ability to influence
n
