Aveo is seeking a Maintenance Officer to help ensure homes and shared spaces are secure, functional and well presented within our retirement communities. You will handle reactive and preventative maintenance, perform minor repairs and engage positively with residents, bringing a friendly, proactive approach to daily tasks.
We value hands‑on maintenance experience, a proactive problem‑solver mindset, and a clean driving record. A valid driver’s license and two COVID‑19 vaccinations are required.
