About the Role

n

As an experienced Pool Technician, you'll be trusted to deliver professional pool servicing and technical support to our residential and commercial customers throughout Springfield Lakes, Jimboomba and surrounding areas.

n

Depending on your experience, your role may include:

n

n
- Residential and commercial pool servicing
n
- Water testing, balancing and problem solving
n
- Pool cleaning and preventative maintenance
n
- Diagnosing pumps, filters, chlorinators and other pool equipment
n
- Equipment repairs and replacements
n
- Pump, chlorinator and filtration installations
n
- Media changes and equipment upgrades
n
- Identifying faults and recommending appropriate solutions
n
- Completing accurate job notes, photographs and service reports
n
- Providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service
n
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with other members of our growing team
n

n

For the right technician, there will also be opportunities to develop further into advanced diagnostics, equipment installation, commercial pool servicing and leadership.

n

Who We're Looking For

n





We're looking for someone who already understands the industry and wants to take the next step with a business that is going places.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Pool Technician or Pool Service Technician
n
- Positive knowledge of pool water chemistry
n
- Experience servicing and maintaining pool equipment
n
- Confidence diagnosing common equipment and water-quality issues
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Pride in your workmanship
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- A positive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude
n

n

Additional experience with equipment installation, commercial pools, automation, heating or advanced diagnostics will be highly regarded.
