Living Gems are seeking a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our construction team for our Harris Crossing project. Working directly alongside the Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of homes from construction commencement through to handover.

This is a full-time, onsite role, with a part-time arrangement considered for the right candidate.

About the Role:
n
You will work closely with the Site Manager to keep project organised, on track and running smoothly from construction commencement through to handover. This is a hands-on role where you'll gai valuable exposure to the full residential construction process while supporting the team across administration, scheduling, coordination and sire operation.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Support the Site Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
n
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination throughout the entire construction lifecycle, from site start to handover.
n
- Streamline and improve site adminstration processes and efficiencies.
n
- Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and handover appointments between the Sales and Construction teams.
n
- Process supplier delivery dockets and receipts.
n
- Verify delivered materials and stock against orders and site requirements.
n
- Assist with invoice processing and administration.
n
- Prepare and maintain construction reports, tracking schedules and project completion forecasts.
n
- Support OH&S; compliance requirements and site documentation.
n
- Ensure all visitors,
contractors and subcontractors are appropriately inducted before accessing site.
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple projects.
n
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous administration or scheduling experience within construction, building, trades or a related industry.
n
- Construction Industry Card (white card)
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Confidence working with systems, software and reporting tools.
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within residential construction.

Highly Regarded:
n
n
- Experience using Onsite Companion or similar construction management platforms.
n
- Previous experience in residential construction scheduling or construction administration.
n
- Knowledge of residential building processes, trades and construction sequencing.
n
- Understanding of site based OH&S; requirement and compliance processes.
n
