The Role You will undertake basic hands-on maintenance and oversee building maintenance, contractors and coordinate repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time. This role is based in the Perth CBD. Key Responsibilities:

n

- Supervising hands-on basic building maintenance and repairs to supervise day-to-day delivery of the maintenance and repairs of contractors.
n
- Report to Senior Management about any costing and repairs.
n
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on site, including signing in and out.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve the building performance and maintenance processes.
n




- Coordinate with occupants to identify building repairs and maintenance requirements.
n
- Practice WHS and conduct site inspections.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- 3 years of experience in Hotel Maintenance or any Facilities Management role.
n
- Valuable communication skills and friendly manner.
n
- Strong problem solving/solution finding skills.
n
- A good understanding of WHS.
n
- Full permanent Australian work rights
n
