Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both all-day dining, à la carte services and functions
n
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards set by the restaurant.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised work area, following all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
n
- Collaborate with senior chefs and the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, especially during peak service times.
n
- Execute additional requests or tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs as needed.
n

Requirements:

n

n




- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in a similar high-end hospitality environment
n
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above.
n
- Strong communication skills in English.
n
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings when necessary
n
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace with a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
n
- Previous experience within a luxury environment is most desirable
n
- Uniforms are supplied and laundered.
n
