Our Eatons Hill restaurant is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team.

n

This is a full time leadership position for someone who is ready to move beyond simply running shifts and take genuine ownership of the FOH operation.

n

The Role

n

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant.

n

You'll be expected to:

n

n
- Lead, coach and develop our FOH team.
n
- Run organised, efficient and high-performing shifts.
n
- Deliver consistently excellent guest experiences.
n
- Drive sales through service, engagement and effective upselling.
n
- Lead by example and set the standard for the team.
n
- Support labour management and ensure staffing levels match the business.
n
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
n
- Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
n
- Monitor wastage, stock control and COGs.
n
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
n
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the overall operation of the venue.
n




- Take ownership and responsibility when the Restaurant Manager isn't on site.
n

The Person

n

We're looking for someone with energy, maturity, accountability and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a FOH supervisory or management role.
n
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
n
- Experience working in a busy hospitality environment.
n
- The confidence to lead a team through busy services.
n
- A solid understanding of guest experience and service standards.
n
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of sales and cost control.
n
- The ability to coach and develop people.
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- A positive attitude and the ability to bring energy to the team.
n

Most importantly, you need to be someone who takes ownership.

n
