Jigsaw is currently engaged to recruit an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to take ownership of a large-scale operation on Brisbane’s Northside. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving operational performance and getting close to the action.

The operation includes:

- Employees across two shifts
- 20+ company-owned trucks
- Warehouse + transport responsibility
- Complex, bulky and non-standard freight
- Solid focus on safety, service, cost and continuous improvement

What were looking for:

- Proven DC / Warehouse / Operations leadership experience
- Strong warehouse and transport experience
- Experience managing an owned fleet is highly desirable
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability




- Comfortable driving accountability and performance
- Hands-on, visible and collaborative leadership style
- Someone who wants to build something for the long term

What’s on offer:

- $145k-$155k + Super
- Monday-Friday
- ~40 hour week
- Only occasional late finishes to support the afternoon shift
- Christmas shutdown
