- Support a portfolio of shopping centres that includes Marrickville, Double Bay, Bondi and Surry Hills which will be your primary location.

- Build valuable, long‐term relationships with a diverse mix of retailers, service providers, and key stakeholders.

- We require a NSW real estate licence for this role.

Who we're looking for?

n

n
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
n
- Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi‐site portfolios.
n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer‐focused approach.
n
- Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

The role

n

Join Knight Frank's national retail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day‐to‐day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for a portfolio of shopping centres.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
n
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
n
- Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
n
- Monitor rental and control arrears, including issuing arrears letters to tenants.
n




- Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
n
- Assist in co‐ordinating casual mall leasing activities.
n
- Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
n
