IMMEDIATE START | EXPERIENCED CLEANERS WANTED

360 Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for experienced residential cleaners to join our team on a casual basis.

n

We're looking for cleaners who already have professional cleaning experience, take genuine pride in their work and understand that there's a big difference between "clean" and properly clean.

n

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

n

- Have previous professional residential cleaning experience
n
- Have a strong eye for detail
n
- Take pride in the quality of your work
n
- Are hardworking, punctual and reliable
n
- Can work independently and manage your time effectively
n
- Are comfortable working from a checklist while also using your own initiative
n
- Are confident cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard -
n
- Are comfortable with both regular maintenance cleans and larger/deep cleans
n
- Are professional and respectful when working in clients' homes
n
- Communicate well and are comfortable taking direction and feedback
n
- Don't mind working independently or as part of a small team
n

We're not looking for someone who simply "likes cleaning." We're looking for someone who already knows how to clean professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

n
- Previous skilled cleaning experience
n
- Valid Australian driver's licence
n
- Reliable vehicle
n
- Smartphone (iOS/Android) to access our app, schedules and training
n
- Reliable and consistent availability




n
- Ability to work during school holidays
n
- Right to work in Australia
n
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
n

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Casual employment with ongoing work
n
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase as you prove reliable and consistent

- Work available between school hours
n
- Regular residential maintenance cleans
n
- Regular commercial maintenance cleans
n
- End-of-lease and deep-clean opportunities

- Before and after-hours work available too
n
- $33.85 per hour
n
- $37.91 per hour for eligible after-hours work
n
- Superannuation and applicable employment entitlements
n
- 99c per kilometre for travel between cleans
n
- Paid travel time between jobs
n
- Paid training and trial shifts
n
- Cleaning products and equipment supplied
n
- Insurance provided
