We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Tuckshop Convenor to join our growing team at Cove Catering Services. Cove Catering Services is a private catering company that provides complete services to school canteens across South East Queensland.

n

The Tuckshop Convenor plays an important role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the Everleigh State School Canteen.

n

This position involves;

n

- Plan and create menus
n
- Prepare and serve food
n
- Order supplies and managing stock levels
n
- Maintain food safety program
n
- Serve students, teachers and parents
n
- Wash up kitchen and dining resources
n




- Clean floors and surfaces to a food grade safety standard
n

n

The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and able to work in a busy workplace.

n

They will need to demonstrate strong food handling skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, welcoming manner that reflects the school's values and commitment to providing quality service to students, staff, and the wider school community.

Requirements

- Blue card (Mandatory)
n
- Food Safety Certificate
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desired)
n
- Strong experience working in a canteen or cafe
n
- Free onsite parking
