Felons Seafood at Manly Wharf is looking for passionate and experienced Chef de Partie's to join our kitchen team.

n

Set right on the water at Manly Wharf, Felons Seafood is all about fresh produce, quality seafood, great drinks and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out consistently excellent food.

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Working across your section to deliver high-quality dishes throughout service
n
- Preparing fresh seafood, produce and other ingredients to a high standard
n
- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and consistency
n
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
n
- Keeping your section organised, clean and service-ready
n
- Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
n

n

What we are looking for:

n

n
- Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar chef role
n
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation
n
- A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality
n
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
n
- Great communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
n




- Availability across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekend
n
