About the Role
n
We are seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Property Manager to provide hands-on support to the Property Management team.
n
This is a varied role where you will spend time both in the office and out on the road, assisting the Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios.
n
You will play an important role in ensuring properties are well maintained, tenants receive excellent service and the Property Managers have the support they need to effectively manage their portfolios.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

- Assisting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
n
- Conducting routine property inspections and preparing inspection reports
n
- Assisting with and conducting open homes
n
- Supporting the leasing process and arranging property viewings
n
- Processing and assisting with rental applications
n
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
n
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up contractors
n
- Assisting with tenant enquiries and general property-related matters
n
- Preparing property management documentation and correspondence
n
- Maintaining accurate property, tenant and landlord records
n
- Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team
n
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained across the portfolio
n

About You

- Previous experience within real estate or property management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors

- A proactive attitude and willingness to help the wider team

- Strong computer and administration skills
