What does the job look like?

n

Lead our critical Night Shift operation within the BevChain portfolio. We are looking for a skilled Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Rosehill, NSW.

n

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for leading the Night Shift team and ensuring warehouse operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will provide an significant management presence during overnight operations, supporting operational continuity, workforce management, and communication across shifts.

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to work with a leading beverage client, operating Sunday to Thursday, with an 6:00pm commencement

Key areas:

n

- Lead daily warehouse operations during the Night Shift, ensuring productivity targets are met and goods are dispatched safely and on time.
n
- Effectively schedule and manage warehouse teams and resources to deliver high productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
n
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators while maintaining operational efficiency.
n
- Supervise and promote clear communication across shifts, customers, and internal stakeholders.
n
- Strategically plan and coordinate daily labour requirements to align with operational and financial objectives.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
n




- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring engagement, capability development, and accountability.
n
- Support operational continuity by providing management coverage during overnight operations.
n
- Improve communication and handovers between shifts to ensure seamless execution across the site.
n

- Proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.
n
- Strong people leadership and team management capability.
n
- Experience leading warehouse or operational teams in a high-volume environment.
n
- Strong systems capability and confidence working with technology.
n
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS, and ERP systems.
n
- Reliability, structure, and a high level of accountability.
n
