About the Role

n

As a Sales Associate (Casual), you'll support the Estate Manager to ensure a great customer journey from first enquiry through to settlement.

n

You will gain hands on experience in property sales, client management, and project operations, with the goal of progressing into a fully-fledged Sales Consultant role.

n

Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service

n

Provide information on the estate to customers

n

Gather an initial understanding of the customers' needs

n

Assist with the follow up and processing of leads

n

Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service

n

Participate in weekend and in office sales activities

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

Genuine interest in property and development

n

Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

n

Ideally has or is working towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (preferred but not essential)
