The Role

n

We're looking for a developer to join our growing delivery team. In this role, you'll work across a range of client projects, contributing to solution design, development, testing and delivery of modern Microsoft‐based applications.

n

You'll be comfortable working independently on development tasks, while collaborating closely with senior developers, analysts and project teams to deliver high‐quality outcomes.

n

This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who wants exposure to real‐world projects, strong mentorship, and opportunities to grow their skills across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Developing and delivering application solutions using Microsoft technologies
n
- Reviewing and contributing to requirements, estimates and proposals for project work
n
- Supporting solution design, quality assurance and peer reviews
n
- Building and maintaining backend databases for applications
n




- Ensuring solutions remain compatible with evolving software and operating systems
n
- Providing technical support and training to clients and end users
n
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and maintain high service standards
n
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
n
- Collaborating with colleagues across Breadcrumb Digital to support shared goals and values
n

What We're Looking For

Experience

n

n
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar development role
n
- Experience working across the Microsoft ecosystem
n

n

Technical Skills

n

n
- Power Apps (required)
n
- Power Automate (required)
n
- Power Pages (preferred)
n

n

Qualifications & Certifications (Preferred)

n

n
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant certification
n

n

Personal Attributes

- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

- Explicit verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick‐moving technical environment
