2XU is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team and partner with leaders across Retail, DC and designated Support Office functions. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will drive people strategies that enhance business performance and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
You will work primarily with Retail leaders, advising on workforce planning, employee relations, change management and safety, while shaping leadership development and culture across dispersed teams.
