WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Ongoing in-salon training and mentoring from our team
n
- Dedicated one‐on‐one education every second week with an out of house educator focusing on exactly what you're currently learning
n
- All additional salon education covered by Blonde Army
n
- Assisting our senior stylists and learning hands‐on in a busy salon environment
n
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and beautiful salon space
n
- Assisting with reception and social media
n
- Building genuine relationships with our clients and becoming part of their salon experience
n
- A clear opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a confident hairdresser
