FinXL is seeking a highly experienced Associate/ Junior Systems Analyst to join a major program of work for a large Federal Government department. You will be contributing to a major enterprise environment that supports critical, large-scale government service delivery.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
n
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures.
n
- Design, create, evaluate and document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems.
n
- Write functional specifications from business requirements by engaging business users, development, and testing teams.
n
- Conduct testing activities such as test coverage reviews, formal or informal test execution, and test planning.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, solve problems, and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
n




- Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications and design documents.
n
- Deliver flexible, quality service and products to improve customer experience.
n

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
- Ability to define and manage scoping, elicit and document detailed requirements, and manage changes to base-lined requirements.
n
- Demonstrated ability to undertake complete design of moderately complex software applications, applying agreed standards and patterns.
n
- Experience in option identification, business case development, and user feedback collection on prototypes.
n
- Robust analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and make evidence-based recommendations.
n
- Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
n
- Well-developed knowledge of government digital and technology strategy, standards, and business systems.
n
