Service Requirements/Specifications

1.1. The Specified Personnel is to perform the services of a Senior PeopleSoft Developer within an Agile delivery environment. While technical experience across the PeopleSoft pillars (Campus Solutions (CS), HCM or FSCM) is acceptable, the primary focus of this engagement is technical delivery within Campus Solutions (CS).

1.2. Duties include, but are not limited to:

1.2.1.Development & Enhancements: Design, build, and maintain custom modifications (mods) and standalone bolt-on applications across CS.

- Specialized Technical Requirements: Must possess proven, hands-on expertise in:
- Activity Guides (Fluid & Classic)
- Approval Framework / Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Application Packages and advanced object-oriented PeopleCode.

1.2.2. Troubleshoot production support issues, development of modifications, assist in PUM Cycle retrofits, etc.

1.2.3. Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, refinement) to iteratively deliver user stories, technical tasks, and bug fixes.
