Role Overview:

Mercor is looking for detail-oriented individuals with 2-3 years of experience in STEM, non-STEM fields, or currently enrolled postgrad college students to support a research project with a leading AI lab. You will help benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models.

Qualifications:

n

- Required: All experts on this project must have a Macbook device with an 'M' series chip to perform tasks on.
n
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelors from a prestigious institution
n
- Strong online research and communication skills
n
- Ability to gather and clearly summarize information from diverse sources
n
- Excellent written communication skills
n
- Interdisciplinary degree is a nice to have
n




- Must have a Macbook with one of the following requirements:n n
- Apple Silicon (ARM) Macs
n
- M‐series MacBook Pro, or
n
- MacBook Air models running macOS 15 or higher
n

Job Details:

- Part time commitment of approximately 10-20 hours per week
n
- Responsibilities include creating high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models
n
- Clearly structured responsibilities without the high pressure typically found in internships or full-time consulting roles
n
- Immediate start preferred
