Apprentice Machinist

Multiple Locations (Bibra Lake, Wangara and Bellevue)

About the Role
n
As an Apprentice Machinist, you will learn how to:
n
n
- Operate and maintain manual and CNC machinery
n
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
n
- Manufacture and repair precision components
n
- Use measuring instruments and quality control equipment
n
- Apply workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Work alongside experienced tradespeople and industry professionals
n
n
Eligibility Criteria
n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
- Completed Certificate II in Engineering Mechanical Fitter & Machinist - Preferred
n
- A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical trades
n
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
n
- Good mathematical and problem-solving skills
n
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
n
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence (preferred)
n
n
Previous workshop, mechanical, or trade-related experience is advantageous but not essential.
n
