About the Role

Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking full-time Education Counsellors to join our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, quick-paced environment, providing expert education and migration guidance to international students.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide professional education counselling and study plan advice to international students.
n
- Assist students in preparing application documents and liaising with education providers.
n
- Manage student applications, enrolments, and support visa applications.
n
- Deliver after-sales support, ensuring a seamless transition for students.
n




- Keep up to date with industry trends and attend training with education partners.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and sales performance.
n
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events as required.
n

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for education and student services. The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
n
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
n
- The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
n
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken & written).
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
n
- Prior experience in education consulting or counselling is highly preferred.
n
- Australian bachelor's or master's study experience is advantageous.
