Job Description

- Rotate through operational resilience, cyber security, breach and incident analysis, data insights, AI governance, financial crime compliance and compliance advisory
n
- Analyse incidents and identify emerging and compliance risks
n
- Support resilience testing
n
- Translate complex information into practical recommendations for business stakeholders
n
- Complete two short-term rotations in operations and at a rural or regional branch
n
- Potentially undertake an international rotation with colleagues at Rabobank's global head office in Utrecht, the Netherlands
n
- Contribute to Rabobank's mission of Growing a Better World Together
n

Requirements

n
- Final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or recently completed study within the past three years
n
- Available to start full-time employment from February 2027
n
- Australia or Recent Zealand citizen or permanent resident
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field
n
- Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous
n
- Self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self
n




- Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritise work
n
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication at all levels
n
