An established and growing professional service group with over 150 staff is seeking a Lending Adviser Assistant to work directly alongside a high performing Mortgage Broker / Lending Adviser.

This is a key support role responsible for managing the loan process from application through to settlement, ensuring a seamless client experience with genuine flexibility and long term growth opportunities built into the role

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and submitting loan applications
n
- Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
n
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients
n
- Managing CRM updates and compliance requirements
n
- Tracking applications through to approval and settlement
n
- Providing proactive client communication and follow ups
n

- Experience in mortgage broking as an assistant or support role
n
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
n
- Professional communication skills
n
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
