Based in Mount Isa, you'll support our staff, clients and programs through high-quality administration while contributing to improved health outcomes for rural and remote communities.,

- Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of services.
n
- Deliver professional frontline customer service and assist clients, staff and stakeholders.
n
- Coordinate appointments, travel, fleet, building maintenance and other operational activities.
n
- Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation while supporting reporting requirements.
n
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional community services.

About the Candidate

n

n
- Experience in an administrative,



customer service or office support role.
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
n
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
n
- A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
n

Work Environment

- $64, 411 + Super + Salary Packaging;

- Salary sacrificing options up to $15,900 to help maximise your take home pay;
