Diamond Vault is looking for an experienced and passionate Diamond & Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team at our Runaway Bay showroom.

n

This is more than a traditional retail sales role. As manufacturing jewellers, we offer our clients the complete jewellery experience — from selecting the perfect piece from our collections to working alongside our in office jewellers to bring a completely custom design to life.

n

You will be the face of Diamond Vault, delivering exceptional personalised service, building genuine relationships and guiding clients through some of life's most special purchases.

About the Role

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Welcoming clients warmly and taking the time to understand their individual style, needs and budget
n
- Providing expert guidance on diamonds, gemstones,



precious metals and jewellery design
n
- Showcasing our jewellery collections and confidently explaining the quality, craftsmanship and value of each piece
n
- Working closely with clients to create custom-made jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding rings, remodelling and one-of-a-kind pieces
n
- Guiding clients through the entire custom design process, from initial ideas and stone selection through to the finished piece
n
- Communicating jewellery customisation options clearly and confidently, including design, settings, metals, sizing and stone selection
n
- Building strong, long-term client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
n
- Following up with clients and maintaining relationships throughout their jewellery journey
n
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
