We currently have an opportunity for a Car Care Sales Consultants to join our team.

We have positions available at our Toyota Dealership at Kedron!

n

A typical day will include:

n

Identifyingprospects & actively following up queries to seek new business

n

Understanding and identifying customer interests, needs and buying criteria

n

Maintaining up to date knowledge ofour products

n

Driving TFL compliance

n

Promoting our complete range of in-house aftermarket products to all guests

n

DemonstratingSci-Fleet's values and supporting behaviours

n

We are seeking applicants who:

n

1 - 3 years experience in a similar role

n





Are exceptional communicators and can add tothepositive vibewithin the dealership

n

Are committed to learning, growing and developing sales techniques and approaches

n

Are empowered by our quality standards and are Respectful, On Show, Skilled, Efficient and strive for Continuous Improvement

n

Have the ability to inspire other team members through strong leadership skills

n

Have proven sales experience and a record exceeding sales targets

n

Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

n

Are collaborators that work well within a team environment

n

Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence and are prepared to work Saturday's

n
