We're currently looking for a Tech Lead to join our energy client in Sydney on an initial 6 month contract with further extensions likely.

They are ideally looking for an experienced lead engineer with a strong exposure to solution design and development on complex, scaled systems hosted in Azure.

Skills & Experience

- Significant experience of web technologies, languages & frameworks is critical - Python, NodeJS, Java
- Leading end-to-end system integration using REST, GraphQL, and event-driven patterns
- Architecting cloud-native workflows using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub
- Experienced working with event driven design or distributed systems beneficial
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps
- Defining and enforcing quality standards via unit testing, regression checks, and peer code reviews
