About the Role:

n

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for ongoing casual opportunities supporting projects across schools and education facilities throughout Victoria.

n

This is a hands-on role involving general labouring, furniture relocation, manual handling, site clean-up, and assisting with various project requirements. We are looking for physically fit candidates who are comfortable with heavy lifting, working on their feet for extended periods, and performing a range of labouring duties in a team environment.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Perform general labouring duties across a range of different sites
n
- Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, equipment, and materials
n
- Move and relocate furniture and equipment throughout worksites
n
- Load and unload materials, furniture, and equipment
n
- Carry materials and equipment around worksites
n
- Assist tradespeople and contractors where required
n
- Perform general site preparation and clean-up
n
- Move rubbish, materials, and equipment as required
n
- Maintain clean, protected, and organised work areas
n
- Follow directions from supervisors and site management
n
- Work safely around school staff, students, and other contractors
n




- Assist with general maintenance and project-related duties as required
n
- Work across a variety of locations and projects throughout Victoria
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Previous labouring, construction, removals, warehouse, trades assistance, or similar experience highly regarded
n
- Physically fit and comfortable performing heavy lifting and manual handling
n
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
n
- Able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and physical labour
n
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
n
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
n
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) – Mandatory
n
- Own reliable transport is highly regarded
n
