Focus Care is seeking caring Support Workers for clients in Brisbane (Greenslopes) and Gold Coast (Main Beach). Roles involve supporting participants with daily activities, transport and personal care in a flexible, client-centered setting.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s licence, NDIS Check, and can commit to 10–15 hours weekly across Monday to Friday, with travel to clients’ homes and a genuine passion for helping others live independently.
