About the Role

n

This unique role supports multiple catering operations across our Clubs by preparing and portioning quality meat products to ensure consistency, efficiency and high standards across our catering operations.

n

The role typically involves 1-2 shifts per week, with flexibility to work during the day or evening, Monday to Friday.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Breaking down and preparing primal meat cuts
n
- Accurately portioning, packaging and labelling meat products for distribution across multiple kitchen operations
n
- Maintaining product quality, consistency and presentation standards
n
- Managing stock rotation and minimising waste
n
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times
n
- Coordinating with inventory management as required
n
- Supporting the production requirements of several venues from a dedicated preparation space
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n




- A recognised trade qualification in Butchery
n
- Experience preparing, portioning and handling quality meat products
n
- A strong understanding of food safety, quality standards and stock rotation
n
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently
n
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality products
n
- A reliable, professional and safety-focused approach to work
n

n

Nice to Have (but not essential)

n

n
- Experience supplying hospitality, catering or food production operations
n
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory management
n
- Current Food Safety Supervisor qualification
n
- Experience with vacuum packing, labelling and product traceability systems
n
