Role Overview

n

Based at our Ormeau site, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Poly Components Labourer to join our manufacturing team on a casual basis. This hands-on role is responsible for installing and fitting components to Taylex products, ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and practices to maintain a safe work environment
n
- Clean and prepare manufacturing moulds
n
- Measure, cut, and glue PVC and other components
n
- Install and fit components to finished products
n
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
n
- Follow quality control procedures and report any issues to supervisors




n
- Complete general labouring and housekeeping duties
n
- Follow instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
n
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
n

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A strong focus on workplace safety
n
- 1-2 years' experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role
n
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
n
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
