About the Role:

n

These roles support the day-to-day operations of the RDC, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely processing and distribution of Capral products.

n

Key responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Operation and support of Paintline, Warehouse, and Despatch functions
n
- Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
n
- Loading, preparation,



and pre-loading of deliveries
n
- Forklift operations, including loading and unloading of vehicles
n
- Inventory and materials management
n
- Use of SAP and warehouse systems
n
- Adherence to safety, quality, and legislative requirements
n

- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety
n
- Have a reliable work history and strong attendance record
n

About You:

n

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work. To be considered, applicants must:

n

n
- Have recent experience in a Paintline, Warehouse, Despatch, or similar industrial environment
n
- Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence (essential for most roles)
n
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety
n
- Have a reliable work history and strong attendance record
n

n

Desirable:

n

n
- Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systems
n
- Intermediate computer skills
n

n
