About the role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Removing, repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass components across a wide range of vehicles
n
- Managing jobs from assessment through to completion
n
- Completing chip repairs, resealing work and glass replacements to industry standards
n
- Assessing vehicle damage and recommending the most appropriate repair or replacement solution
n
- Delivering outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 4.6 stars
n
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and branch management
n
- Contributing to team knowledge by supporting and mentoring less experienced team members
n
n
About you
n
This position requires previous automotive glazing experience.
n
To be considered, you will need:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing automotive glass
n
- Solid technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- High standards of safety and workmanship
n
- Ability to work independently and manage mobile jobs
n
- Professional communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to attend occasional training sessions or meetings outside standard working hours
n
- Australian working rights or the skills and experience required to be considered for employer sponsorship
n
- A Certificate III in Automotive Glazing will be highly regarded but is not essential for experienced candidates
