HairCo Australia is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Sunshine store.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in hair and beauty, and thrives in a busy retail environment. Hairdressing, salon or beauty industry experience is highly regarded, although we are also open to candidates with strong retail and customer service experience.

About the Role

As part of our retail team, you'll help create a welcoming, knowledgeable and positive shopping experience for our customers.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing friendly and skilled customer service
n
- Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
n
- Processing sales and operating the POS system
n
- Replenishing stock and maintaining organised, attractive product displays
n
- Receiving,



unpacking and organising stock deliveries
n
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming retail environment
n
- Assisting with general day-to-day store operations
n
- Building positive relationships with customers and delivering an excellent shopping experience
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Experienced in retail, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
n
- From a hairdressing, salon or beauty background — highly regarded
n
- Friendly, confident and approachable
n
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
n
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
- Proactive with strong attention to detail
n
- Available for full-time hours
n
- Passionate about hair, beauty and retail
n

n

Previous product knowledge within the professional hair and beauty industry would be an advantage.
