Our client is an international financial advisory and asset management firm with offices across Australia, New York and London, recognised as a trusted advisor on strategic M&A; transactions within the real estate ecosystem. The team operates with a flat structure and a genuinely collaborative culture, giving junior team members meaningful exposure and responsibility from day one.

They're looking to hire an Analyst for their Sydney based team, working across domestic and cross-border M&A; transactions and supporting senior bankers through the full transaction lifecycle. The role covers target, buyer and seller analysis, public and transaction comparable analysis, financial modelling and forecasting, DCF and valuation work, due diligence, data room management, and preparation of pitch materials and information memorandums. Analysts get real client exposure and play an active role in transaction structuring and execution, not just supporting from the back.





We're looking for candidates with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in investment banking or financial advisory. Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, transaction services or corporate finance is useful but not essential. What matters more is strong financial modelling capability, advanced PowerPoint skills, sharp written and verbal communication, and the ability to run multiple workstreams under pressure. The role requires flexibility with hours and offers scope for domestic and international travel, including potential time in the firm's Current York or London offices.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a real estate specific deal history early, working alongside a high performing team at the front end of real estate investment banking in Australia, with hands on deal exposure, strong mentorship, and direct access to senior clients from the outset.
