Team Leader – Northern Rivers

About the Role

n

Green by Nature is looking for a hands-on Team Leader and horticultural all-rounder to join our growing Northern Rivers operations

n

Working across Byron Bay, Lismore, Tweed Heads and surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of gardens, lawns and green spaces while building strong relationships with clients and the wider team

n

This role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys variety and can confidently work across gardening, mowing and general horticultural maintenance. Robust communication skills and the ability to take ownership of your work are essential

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- General gardening, mowing and horticultural maintenance
n
- Operating push mowers, ride-ons, brushcutters and other equipment
n
- Hedging, pruning, planting, mulching, turf and weed control
n
- General irrigation and garden maintenance
n
- Planning and managing your daily workloadCommunicating with clients and internal teams
n
- Ensuring sites are maintained safely and to a high standard
n
- Supporting the continued growth of our Northern Rivers operations
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Strong experience across gardening, mowing and horticulture
n
- Confident operating commercial mowing and gardening equipment
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
n
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
- Current Manual Driver's Licence – essential
n
- White Card – essential
n
- Team Leader experience highly regarded
n
- ACDC/ChemCert, EWP, Working at Heights and Working with Children Check highly regarded
n
