About the Opportunity

n

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Katoomba team on a Full-Time basis. This role requires full availability Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM.

n

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

n

n
- Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
n
- Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
n
- Operate our booking system efficiently.
n
- Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

n

In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills,



you will bring:

- Excellent computer skills and telephone manner.
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
n
- Adaptability to various databases and systems.
n
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
