CSI Mining Services is seeking a highly experienced Training Supervisor to lead our training framework from the Osborne Park Training Centre, reporting to the Training Superintendent. Based at Osborne Park, you will manage the roving corporate compliance trainers and coordinate training delivery across sites.
You will allocate and manage the Roving Trainers, collaborate with site teams, and drive improvements in training systems and documents using INX/InTuition.
